What are your Minimum Order Quantities?

BD Indigo Sourcing has no minimum order quantity requirements; our customers can offer us any quantity without any additional charges.

Can we visit the factory that you find for us?

Of course! Our customers can show interest in visiting our factories any time within a schedule.

Do you deal with Quality Control?

Yes, from orders confirmation to shipment all process goes under the QA & QC team.

Can I ensure my designs aren’t stolen or copied?

Yes! we are ensuring your designs will not be stolen; we have shared our customers TF only with our On listed trusted factories.

What types of fabrics are you able to source?

We’re able to source fabrics from all over the world, so just let us know what exactly you require.

What are your sampling lead-times?

Our average sampling lead time based on local material is 15 to 20 days & overseas material it will be 30 to 40 days.

What are your production lead-times?

Our average productions lead time based on local material 10 to 12 weeks after PO RCVD date. For carryover styles it will be 7 to 9 weeks. For overseas material it will be 15 to 18 weeks but for carryover it’s 11 to 13 weeks. Besides the above lead time we have managed Salesman samples (SMS) or marketing samples within 6 to 7 weeks as well.

What are the modes of payment?

Irrevocable and Transferable LC (Letter of Credit) at sight payment.
Irrevocable and Transferable LC (Letter of Credit) at sight but differed 30-90 days. This Case LC clause must have the options as parties can get advance payment after deducting % form the Negotiating Bank.
50% advance T.T during order closed and 50% at the date of Goods ready based on final inspections report or Before Ex-mill.
No DP Sights are allowed.
No deferred LC payments are allowed if there are no negotiating potions.

Manufacturers are environmentally friendly?

Yes, all our factories are fully compliant with ISO, EKO, GOTS, OCS etc standards.
